Return Policy

Florida Clay Art Company has a firm 30-day return policy. Products must be unopened with the original seal intact where applicable. ALL returns must be accompanied by the original, authorized receipt from the time of purchase. The customer is responsible for returning the merchandise to the store to initiate a return.
Restocking fees: in-store merchandise is subject to a 15% restocking fee; special order merchandise is subject to a 25% restocking fee if the order is cancelled or returned.
There is no cash value returns/trade-ins on gift certificates.
